The New EcoPro Power Washing Blog!

Part of our mission statement is delivering superior results, while providing an unmatched quality of service.  We present the EcoPro Blog, a regular publication that gives our customers and business partners a look at our methods and demonstrates the ways we deliver exceptional service.  This week's post details the process though which we removed deep black mold streaking from a customer's brick facade and rooftop.

On August 7, Joyce K. contacted EcoPro and spoke with Kirsten, our Sales Administrator.  The customer had recently installed a new patio that contrasted poorly with the black mold streaks that had developed on her brick siding and roof.  She had been referred to us by BNI - Business Network International - and they recommended EcoPro as the top power washing services company in the Binghamton and Vestal area.

Kirsten explained how our signature House Wash would employ "soft" washing techniques and a commercial-grade, biodegradable solution to thoroughly clean her home's exterior without the risk of damage.  After hearing that the process included a 2 year mold and algae free guarantee, the customer was sold, and Kirsten scheduled the service for 10/18, including a Roof Wash and Window Detailing along with the House Wash.

Our Operations Manager Dan and Field Tech Camillo did a walk around with the customer shortly after arriving on site, explaining what the services would entail and how long they expected to be there.  In just over 4 hours, all services had been completed - pressure washing, roof washing, window detailing - and the customer was thrilled with the results.
